SALTED CARAMEL SKILLET COOKIE
INGREDIENTS
1. 1 Cup butter
2. ½ granulated sugar
3. 1 cup packed light brown sugar
4. 1 tablespoon cornstarch
5. 2 eggs
6. 2 tablespoon vanilla
7. 2 tablespoon milk
8. 2
cups flour
9. 1 tablespoon baking soda
10. ½
teaspoon table salt
11. 1 cup sweet chocolate chips
12. 20 caramel squares
13. 1 chocolate candy bar- broken in
pieces
14. 2 teaspoon sea salt
DIRECTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 325 F
2.In mixer bowl, beat the butter smooth
and creamy .
3.Add granulated sugar and brown sugar
and beat on medium high light.
4.Beat the eggs, vanilla and milk on high
speed until well mixed.
5.Scrape down the sides and bottom of the
bowl.
6.Add flour, cornstarch, baking soda and table salt on low speed until
combined.
7.Add the chocolate chips and mix on low.
8. Transfer ½ the cookie dough into prepared skillet and press down into
an even layer.
9. Add ½ the chocolate bar, caramel pieces and sea salt.
10. Bake for 27-30 minutes or until browned on the sides and lightly
brown on the top.
11. Allow the cookie to cool slightly in the pan on a wire before
serving.
